BitQaan Internal Operations
admin.bitqaan.com bootstrap is live on the shared BitQaan production host.
This separate admin portal is reserved for customer and business operations only. It is isolated from legacy BitQaan, isolated from Core, and prepared for future admin authentication and workflow tooling.

Next.js App Router on Node.js 24 with `systemd` and Nginx.
Database
Connected to the existing `bitqaan_app` MySQL database only.
Scope
Admin features, RBAC, and review workflows are intentionally deferred to later phases.
Migration Governance
Migration requests will require explicit internal review before any future Bull Chain balance movement.
Token Review
Token launch applications will move through a controlled review queue before any later Core-side handling.
